I have worked with LVF three times in the last year (June 2014 to July 2015): to set up an LLC, to adjust some shares and bylaws of the LLC (requested by the partners), and to review a contract.

This law firm is a complete joke. I wanted them to prepare a document and tell me what it would cost to prepare a document and they told me that in order to to prepare one document they were going to have to retain the lawyer at $2500 deposit when an eviction case retainer to have a lawyer appear in court for you what cost you $1500 there is a flat fee for preparing a document and this man was so ignorant in his ability to track it take advantage of his customers AKA MI cama you fully expressed to his secretary that that is how this "on" works.

A document should be processed at a flat rate or an hourly rate. And that is normally processed through the attorneys paralegals. Who charges significantly less than his hourly rate of 349. If you are a tenant and you need to have your case defended by an attorney in a court room please please please do not hire this attorney.
