My Genesis 2023 g70 had an issue with condensation in the Headlights Genesis replaced two but refuse to replace the third until I contacted Lemon Law Group they quickly litigated a result and Genesis replaced two more headlights and all the smoked Chrome that was failing. Not only is my car like brand new but I also received the cash settlement.

Overall experience was great. The Lemon Law Group Partners made everything really easy, from using their app to streamline uploading documents and any communication between myself and dealership. They checked in weekly, even if there wasn’t any movement from the dealership’s side. If you’re having issues with a new vehicle, give them a call and they’ll guide you through the process.

UPDATE: YOUR WRONG! I was promised ALL moneys, rentals etc. upon my first call to your Head Representative Sue Moratelli upon making my initial decision to agree to having your company represent my case! Sue assured me I’d have NO WORRIES/ NO EXPENSES AS LONG AS I STAYED COMPLETELY OUT IF IT! And I did exactly that. It was an Oral Agreement with myself and your firm. This is where I was scammed again; now by both parties. WHAT A RACKET !! You FURTHER VICTIMIZE VICTIMS!! (But there is a God who protects us thru all evil. Mark my words, what’s done in the dark will be dealt with in the Light.) I ended up doing all the work on this case. In addition, the first “lawyer” you gave me wasn’t even an Attorney. He stated he only signs off on these cases. 2 of my caseworker left your company & my last caseworker was Maria Hannah who claims she’s no longer on the case; while my case is still in Limbo! Maria claims my Caseworker is DJ Plasic whom I was told is my attorney. I called his firm he’s was told DJ is NOT an Attorney. In addition your Head Manager Steve Winston is “out of Office indefinitely”! Steve is the one who assured me I only had to pay Lemon Law Group Partners $1000 in fees instead of a ridiculous $3000 fee requested. It took weeks to settle this with Lemon Law and a FIRM Agreement I would get my down payment back from Hyundai plus all car payments to present! That was a job in itself and I don’t get paid for my time and stress that was put on me additionally.
BOTTOM LINE: How hard is it to get ANYONE associated with Lemon Law Group to make a call, follow up and arrange a time & date to finally settle this It’s now 6 more months!!! If you’re AWYERS REPRESENTING YOUR CLIENTS, Then do your job!!
I could’ve settled this long ago on my own in less time with less expense & abuse.
It’s been since October 2024 I signed the AGREEMENT WITH Lemon Law Group Partners and Hyundai! It’s continually keeping me in and causing me a further hardship emotionally and monetarily; which is illegal and against all Business Codes.

HOW ARE THEY STILL IN BUSINESS I did all the legwork and paperwork on my case and was promised an Attorney with all fees paid including car rentals and car payments while waiting for over all monies returned on a Hyundai Elantra at Friendship Hyundai in Beckley WV! This car was purchased in 2023 and it’s now March of 2025 and NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE BY THIS LEMON LAW GROUP! NOTHING!!! AND … THEY WANT MONEY FOR DOING NOTHING! If you call the Dealership yourself Lemon Law says you have to pay them a fee! Well I never called the Dealership and I’m in LIMBO and I still have to pay them a fee! And this car is still sitting on the lot at the Dealership. Now they’re blaming Hyundai for not setting up a date and time to end this madness! In the meantime I now have to throw out hundreds of more dollars on the next month’s car payment coming up! Also, I have still NO ATTORNEY representing me while the Head Manager of this company has informed me he is out of his office indefinitely! Companies like this who scam people across state lines like this should be reported to the FBI and Office of the President. It’s like being in a hostage situation with the car dealership and this Lemon Law Group while trying to get your money back on an unsafe vehicle. Meanwhile Lemon Law helps stall the process while pressuring you for a kickback in lawyer fees with no lawyer assigned to the case. All I received were caseworkers and one by one they drop off the case. The Attorney General is getting another update as another month has gone by with absolutely no progress. This is a hardship to me and they all know this because I am single woman and a senior citizen paying for all of this myself. In addition I am having to pay for all of my car rentals since 2023 and now I’m also having to lease a car to get to my Dr Appointments etc. in the meantime.

Worst law firm I’ve ever had to deal with. Shady practices seem to be their motto. When I signed with them, I was told that the claim would come with NO cost to me as the legal fees are paid by the manufacturer. Well, fast-forward 6 weeks, the manufacturer offers a cash settlement but I’m told that out of that, $3000 will have to go to the lawyer. Correspondence is terrible, you’ll never catch anyone in office, ever and you’ll never get to speak to an actual attorney, mine was Brooks Siegel, I still don’t think he’s a real person. Save yourselves some time, preserve your sanity, and DO NOT hire these people.
