He is THE MAN! Mr. Levensten has went above and beyond any lawyer I've ever had, in any case. He always messages me or calls me back directly. I've never once spoke to a secretary or anyone but him. I would highly highly recommend him. He has walked me through every step and has been honest and professional. I'll admit, I have not been the easiest client but he has always treated me with respect and kindness. I absolutely recommend him to anyone needing a personal injury lawyer..... I assisted my boss dealing with the Levensten Law Firm in pursuit of the multi-jurisdictional litigation in the Actos pharmaceutical actions. Actos caused bladder cancer in him, and he ultimately had to have his bladder and prostate removed. He is recovering well now. The Levensten law firm took the lead in this matter. Cody Greenes is a young bright lawyer in the firm who was our contact person, along with Gina in the firm, and their empathy for my boss and his condition was very touching, even though we are a thousand miles apart in Illinois. I knew that they understood the pain that they were dealing representing their many clients who had suffered cancer from treating their diabetes with this little pill.

Cody was especially involved through the latter part of the litigation and settlement process.
