I had a major transmission malfunction in a 2021 challenger. The car was in the shop for more than 30 days. I sent the manufacture A non-compliance demand letter through certified mail, and they would not respond as the law requires. By the time I talked to Jon I was very perturbed at the situation. I told him all that I had already done, and I gave him copies of every piece of paperwork. He sounded excited that I had already done as much as I had and kept every record of every service. He explained to me that it could take a long time to get my money returned, and told me that he would be glad to take my case. His team was exceedingly courteous and very prompt at returning emails and calls. I honestly hope I never need an attorney again, but if I do Lewis and Feldman will be the firm I call.
