We had the opportunity to work with Brittany recently on a stepchild adoption after parental termination of rights of the biological father, as well as name changes for both of our children. It was a rather painless process on our side, lol, and we felt the fees charged were very reasonable. We were really glad to have hired her, as the communication was pretty smooth & she wasted no time taking care of everything! Adoption Day was quick and easy. She explained everything in detail to us and responded in a timely manner any time we needed to reach out-- which wasn't often at all. We recommend her for any adoption needs. And P.S. She is very LGBTQIA+ friendly to the family. 🙂

We hired Brittany Labadie to terminate parental rights and for adoption. I never thought such a usually difficult process could be so stress free, but Brittany and her office were truly above and beyond. One thing I loved most was her punctuation on every single part, we never had to wait and wonder for anything. She was always 5 steps ahead of us and informed us immediately of everything taking place. She made the process so easy, stress free, and was able to find great resolutions to get my ex husband to work with us. In the end all parties were happy with results including our son and ex husband who is usually very difficult to work with. It could not have gone better. Brittany and her law office is second to none. They really are the best and we would highly recommend her to anyone for law needs. She was an absolute wonderful person to work with.
