If you think you can do estate planning online with minimal knowledge of the little details of the law (like I have) you need expert help. Hired Like Law Group for our family's estate following the death of a parent. Lance wanted the job, so at first he was very thorough and concise and answered all of my questions the way a licensed attorney is expected to conduct legal business, and in doing so made a strong case that he would live up to those expectations throughout the process if I hired him to do all of the legal work required to process an estate a little smaller than $1,000,000. I received adequate communication through much of the process, then nearing the completion of the legal process communication got sloppy and unprofessional, and Lance got sucked into the type of ordinary family squabbles an attorney should be expected to stay above professionally. Not pleased with his performance. Take my advice and pick another attorney to do the work for your family. You should not have to worry about your attorney acting unprofessionally when you are already dealing with so much sadness upon losing one of the most important family members you will ever know in your life.

I most certainly was a client of yours, and no I will not be contacting you or Katie or Autumn in your office again. Maybe you will think twice about being unprofessional in the future. Of course, maybe you won't.

I think it is also suspicious that the day following my poor review of your work with me, suddenly 2 positive Google reviews appear in the same day, as if to bury the honest poor review of the quality of actual work you performed for me. That casts doubt upon the other positive reviews listed under Like Law Group in Google reviews in my humble opinion.

Shame on you, Lance, if you are fabricating positive reviews on top of the unprofessional actions you committed that you should just simply apologize for at the very least. We paid you handsomely for the time you spent acting unprofessionally, Lance. Don't forget that.
