Today I spoke to Janice a legal assistant who is employed at this firm. When I couldn’t hear her on the phone and asked her to repeat herself a few times she then called me dyslexic. This is extremely rude, condescending and unprofessional behaviour. For a firm that prides itself for having “sound judgement” they should re-evaluate training their legal staff.
