Normally, I take 5-star reviews with a grain of salt, but this place knocked it out of the park! The tacos priced at 3 for $10 is an awesome deal. I chose the Al pastor, steak, and chicken. Each taco was packed with flavor but the Al pastor should not be skipped! Located right in front of Venice Beach, it'll be no problem for anyone to find. I highly recommend choosing the lemonade on sunny days like this. So glad I stopped here.

Glad I stumbled upon this gem, a great little local business run by an amazing couple who put love and that LA soul into the food. Had a Pastor, Shrimp and fish taco and it’s in the name, they were LIT. The shrimp were cooked to perfection with the perfect char, the fish was succulent and and the pastor was seasoned perfectly. Some of the best tacos in LA hands down so next time you are at Venice, stop by and get yourself lit.

The food definitely lives up to its name! The food here is absolutely lit! Everything is delicious. I could only snag a photo of my fries because I INHALED my tacos so fast.
The view is gorgeous. The entire staff treats you like family. If you need a bite to eat in Venice Beach, look no further. Lit Burritos will not disappoint!

Tacos so good I am leaving a google review

We got the Lit Tacos, four different kinds of meat, and each of them topped any other taco we have ever had. We are from Texas. They were so good that we went back to get some of their street tacos to share afterwards. Impeccable service as well.
We will spend the rest of our life comparing every taco we ever eat to these. We have already talked about returning to California specifically for these tacos. George in the kitchen takes care of business and the very sweet lady at the front (we never got her name) took care of US.

The fish tacos are a can’t miss.

Wow!!!! The very best tacos I’ve ever had at the beach! I ordered the signature tacos in both shrimp and fish and then sat at the beach to enjoy the delicious food and the view at Venice Beach. The service by the owners couldn’t have been better and the food looks just like the photos- a rare occurrence in the quick food world. The tacos had a mildly spicy sauce they call LIT sauce and Lit 🔥it was! Not too spicy but perfectly delicious. We also ordered the LIT fries with shrimp- best seasoned shrimp ever! Highly recommend stopping here on your walk around Venice Beach. Will be talking about these tacos for a long time.,

The tacos at Lit Burritos are legit…LIT. I had not one bad one. A wonderful selection of salsas and even kinder service. The woman who took our order even went out of her way to give us suggestions on where to go during my vacation. This is a cool spot steps away from the beautiful Venice Beach and I can’t recommend this place enough. Thank you!

We brought my family visiting from Germany, and they were absolutely blown away by the flavors. From the perfectly marinated meats to the fresh, handmade tortillas, every bite was a taste of true Mexican tradition. Recommend their signature California burrito with their signature tomato tortilla. Will be coming back for sure.
