Attorneys please DO NOT use this record retrieval company, they are the WORST. They can be told over & over that they are sending over requests to the wrong locations & they will still send it again. Then they will call & check status on requests that were never received. Even after you tell them that you have not received their request, they will call again & check status until you finally receive it & it's not even addressed correctly, further delaying the process of records being retrieved. If the records do not exist at all, they will ask for a no record certification, even though clearly you weren't the place they were supposed to retrieve records in the first place. Horrible business to have to deal with, poor communication, well, comprehension on their end, just PLEASE DO NOT use them if you want your records on time. It's always best to request records needed from the facility directly rather than use a retrieval company, but this place is an absolute nightmare to work with.
