My dealings with Aaron have always been positive and he worked with me to find the best solution for my particular situation. Aaron outlined the various options that were available to me and presented them in a polite and matter-of-fact manner that I particularly appreciated. Of particular note is how prompt Aaron is in replying to phone messages or to e-mails. Sometimes I wonder if Aaron gets much rest as I've had replies from him at what seems to be all hours of the day. He replies with thoughtful and thorough answers to any questions I may have; in one occasion, we agreed to a short phone call, but the conversation lasted nearly an hour because Aaron thoughtfully listened to my questions and provided me with detailed answers and options. Aaron Lloyd is an eager attorney who is clearly knowledgeable in his field and I trust him immensely with my particular legal needs. I recently filed for bankruptcy for the first time and had no idea what to do, what to expect and how to prepare for it. I was ashamed, embarrassed and wasn't sure how to talk to somebody about it. I found Aaron Lloyd through Google and Yelp reviews and I am so glad that I did. Not only did he help me understand the process of it all in a highly professional manner but he was so kind and understanding. We all want a lawyer that can just get the job done but when that person shows compassion and sympathy when dealing with such delicate and sensitive matters, then it makes the process a whole lot easier and less stressful. He was able to simplify his answers, in a way where I can understand it, and made me feel comfortable asking more complicated questions. He let me know every step that was going to take place and how to prepare for it. He answered all my calls/emails right away and/or got back to me right away when he was unavailable at the time. When all was said and done, everything turned out exactly how he said it would and I am so relieved.
