Thanks to Logue Law Group my speeding ticket was reduced to a driving lights violation. I moved out of state recently. He was able to get it taken care of in one hearing, so I didn't have to come back for another quart date. He is very professional, great at what he does. I can't recomend him enough!

PTL John 3:3 and 3:7. Logue Law Group helped me reduce a false reckless driving charge (6 month driving suspension if found guilty) to careless driving, due to a bias or discrimination against me in a Pennsylvania Township that is financially struggling because they don't have a Turnpike exit/entrance, with a local police department, and are looking to target one safe driver like me, rather than target the numerous aggressive speeders/tailgaters who then complain to Police about me due to my numerous attempts to safely increase these aggressive tailgater's following distance behind me before navigating a blind reduced speed caution "S" curve, or a blind crest of hill, where I don't have 12 to 15 seconds of visibility in front of me, or in situations of possibly being forced into a T-bone collision with other speeding vehicles going in the opposite direction that may quickly and closely turn in front of me assuming that I'm going slower than the speed limit because of an aggressive tailgater behind me.

This mostly happens on two lane roads that don't have numerous clean and safe places to pull-over, where there isn't debris on the road to damage my expensive tires in my 20 year old manual transmission car, which is in great shape, and contrary to the Chief of Police, there isn't always a (clean and safe) place to pull-over and I can't call police while driving due to my manual transmission which requires two hands and two feet to operate.

So I put on my four-way flashers to alert the speeder/aggressive tailgater that I have to brake to down shift one or two gears to navigate the caution curve, or the blind crest of hill, or areas where another vehicle may closely turn in front of me into their driveway or another road causing me to hard brake, and this allows me the ability to quickly accelerate back up to highway speed and thereby causes a temporary safe following distance behind me, of about 2.5 to 3 seconds, in case I need to hard brake, thus reducing the chances of being rear-ended by these speeders/aggressive tailgaters.

My car can easily be totaled by a minor rear-end collision or a minor T- bone accident, because it has a low vehicle value and this would mean I need to pay for any repairs out my pocket, rather than let the insurance company send my well-maintained 20 year old car to the junk yard.

Also, they helped me get a second careless driving charge by another Police Department in a town, that is financially struggling also, dropped after an appeal, who received a call about me from the township Police.

Also, they advised me to plead guilty to the first careless driving charge in the same township where the Police previously called and said they had a video (from an aggressive tailgater and Police didn't realize they were following too closely and violating state law) and later Police saw me safely take the extra precaution of putting on my four-way flashers before braking so I could down shift from fourth to second gear and drive towards a line of vehicles at a red light, now going about 20 mph rather than 40 mph and I gave plenty of warning time and distance to an approaching current aggressive tailgater, who just previously got too close three times right before this traffic light, and this vehicle proceeded to drive fast towards my rear-end and brake hard and slow down quickly within inches of my rear-end and the police didn't recognize that as we were driving at about 20 mph towards the red light this vehicle was following too closely in violation of state law and Police couldn't drive between our two vehicles to pull me over.

I mentioned to the attorney I will plead guilty only if I can appeal it later and the attorney never responded with a yes or no, but said that I should only appeal the one in a town, which was later dropped after appealing.

I believe this township's Police are biased against drivers who don't pay local taxes in their jurisdiction and later wrongly influenced the other police department in a town where I live to unfairly judge my driving actions.

Mr Scioscia is a very unprofessional attorney. He agreed to take my case after I spoke with him. When I tried to reach him over the course of 3 weeks, he never returned my calls. When I finally called and reached him, he was arrogant and lied about requesting a virtual hearing for me. Then the week before the hearing we called to touch base three times and he never returned our call. Then the day of the hearing, HE DIDN'T SHOW UP!!! He accepted our case and filed with the courts so he could prove he was our attorney and get paid by our MetLife plan but then did not follow through at all.

I retained Sean as council on a pretty complex felony case and I couldn’t be happier that I did. Not only did he handle a second case that popped up for FREE, but he stood against the Prosecutor that refused to make a deal for 2 years and got me a deal that I didn’t have to leave my 10 month old son for a single day..also, he defended me AFTER the sentencing to make sure I was okay!!!! If there’s a single thing you need a lawyer for in Wv, Pa, or Ohio this is the man to call! If I could give 10 stars I would!

Avoid this firm at all costs, especially attorney Joe Scioscia.

In early 2023, I retained Joe Scioscia through Sean Logue & Associates for what should have been a simple, uncontested, no-fault divorce. He took my retainer and promised completion within 90 days. However, after taking my money, he failed to provide a contract copy despite multiple requests and refused to give case updates.

After a year of being ignored, I finally reached him—only for him to demand an additional $690 to “submit the case,” falsely claiming he had mailed a letter requesting more money to my previous address (I never gave him any other address). That letter was never received. I paid promptly, and once again, he promised completion in 90 days. Another year passed, and he completely ghosted me. Calls and emails went unanswered.

I contacted the Allegheny County Civil Division and was informed that no progress had been made on my case since February 2024 due to insufficient service—proving that Joe had lied about his actions. When I escalated the issue to Sean Logue, the head of the firm, he personally assured me Joe would respond. That never happened.

Joe Scioscia took my money without completing the service he was paid for, forcing me to file a formal complaint with the Pennsylvania Disciplinary Board, which is now investigating the matter.

To make matters worse, negative reviews about Joe Scioscia keep disappearing, and any mention of his involvement with Sean Logue & Associates is being wiped from the internet—likely to hide a pattern of misconduct. Do not be fooled by the positive reviews—this firm is unprofessional, unethical, and will take your money without delivering results.

DO NOT HIRE HIM, especially through the “Off the Record” app. He took $2500 from me to handle a DUI case from years back. He filed a notice to appear and then stop responding through the app. He’s a crook and shouldn’t be practicing law. Btw, the app will not refund you. I paid $2500 for this goof to file a notice to appear. Don’t be dumb like I was.

I did have a few answered calls and messages, but Sean Logue did a excellent job on my case. Not only did he get me a PR bond in WV with me having an Ohio address and going 2 hrs away. He also got 2 of my felonies dropped and got me probation for the other one. While communication was off a few times Mr. Logue is very good at his job. I would definitely recommend him.

I contacted Sean on a weekend and he replied very quickly! We went over all the details of the charges and he met us at the courthouse the next day. He was fantastic getting felony charges dropped to a fine! Would recommend him and use him again!
