Horrible customer service, I have never asked to speak with my case worker Tina Griggs, I have been here for 5 years and they always tell me they are going to call and they never do. I feel like they have preferences for certain people.Someone needs to pay attention to community service, child support offices in Little Rock are more efficient.

The rudest and the worst customer service that I’ve ever had to deal with in my entire life. The lady that answers the phone acts like it’s the worst job that she has ever had to have. If you don’t like your job then you need to find another job. I do however love my caseworker. They are Very helpful in getting your case set up and everything processed pretty quickly. It’s just getting past the lady that answers the phone.

I have been fighting this office for the last 14 years. I finally have the money to raise a case against them. I pray for all the single mothers out there that have had to struggle and fight to get support for their children cause god knows this joke of an office is NEVER any help. They are so rude and distasteful every time you call with questions as if the very fact that they have to do something is so upsetting for them.

EVERY TIME I call them they can never help me and always have an excuse. No matter who answers the phone they are always rude and short with me. I’ve been trying to get somewhere with my case for 20 years now and it’s ALWAYS been the same when I call. This is ridiculous. So how do we get answers about our child support?!
