I’m sure very nice people but misleadingly oversold a solution they only hoped would work and then became very difficult to contact with email correspondence being just as peculiar and disconcerting. Very difficult to get answers or opinions but they sure are good at itemizing your bill. Ultimately not a great comfort in our time of need so we ended up having to look elsewhere as we were not confident in their abilities whatsoever. Make sure you are very clear with what you expect them to do while you are still negotiating your case.

I wish I could give ten stars for these folks! We had NO idea how to deal with estate proceedings for our lost family members, but Steve Naville and Jayme made everything so easy. Any questions we had were answered quickly and thoroughly, and they kept us updated throughout the entire process, communication was amazing. Pricing was fair as well, they are not out to get anybody! If I ever need anything legal again, I'll definitely be coming right back here. The worst decision I made was hiring the lawyer for my divorce from this firm. I feel I almost lost my kids and home. I really think If I would have followed what little advice my lawyer gave me, I probably would have. For the most part, I guess, all they did was forward the emails from the opposing side. So, I let her go as soon as I could and payed my final bill. Never heard from them again...until, they sent me a letter 4 months later saying I had an outstanding bill threatening to send it to collections. Charging me a finance charge all the while.. They are slow to respond ( I sometimes wouldn't get a response for 2-3 weeks) and fast to cash checks. I never felt like they were ever on my team.

I am sure the 3 that own this firm are great..but when they pass you off to one of the lawyers that work for them RUN..it was such a horrible experience and waste of money,there is a reason they don't have there own practice..just don't do it..I could give so many reasons here but that's where I made my first mistake..
