Excellent service and reputation. Lou's office did the majority of our closings when I owned a real estate company. He has completed well over 300 closings for me.

I've known Lou since I was a senior graduating High School and He is a first rate Lawyer, a caring and concerned citizen, a loyal and diligent friend and I would trust his wisdom and understanding of the law. I have always found him to be fair and honest no matter the cost. He has done well because he has always looked out for his client's best interest first. He's a good egg and I recommend him without hesitation.

Very greedy! Rude! Does not acknowledge recurring customers. I used them many times and they always make mistake one after a other. YOU ARE JUST A NUMBER TO THEM. as a business owner and landlord I don't recommend using them for house closings. They want me to pay to talk to them about my case. After being a client of there's for a long while. Cader settlements does a much better full job and actually backs there title search unlike this firm

I dropped off files for a friend that was in the hospital.
Attorney Pomerico was very kind and considerate to help out, in an emergency situation.
His staff is professional, friendly and they went out of their way so I would completely understand what they were doing and what I needed to do.
