Took 4 hours to get an ID card. Ridiculously short hours for work to process ID cards and they all take off for lunch, leaving only one person to work and by 1330 they are ready to leave for the day. Terrible service! Only in the Air Force!

Replaced my ID at Pass N ID at the block house...by appointment only made it a nice process for my entire family. My wife and son's ID expired during Covid-19 and this was our first opportunity to replace them. Thanks Luke AFB!

Not really happy. Had to pay a private attorney to do some power of attorneys due to terminal illness. They don't make it easy to get an appointment its all automated and email. No one even calls back. Sad when 24 years of service gets you not even a return call.
