They Charge $200 for a consultation, that is just for you to talk with an attorney to see, one, if they are a good fit, two whether or not you have a case they would even take. No thank you, no attorney worth their weight would charge, let alone $200, to see if they are a competent attorney.

We had an experience with a Robber Baron, who came to Bullhead, and announced that he was building a fast food outlet in the middle of the parking lot shared by our building and others in a Commercial area.
We had one attorney that we spent a lot of money on and after a year and a half, no solid results. That attorney then demanded more money--which we did not have.
An attorney for one of the other business around this shared parking lot referred Tsura Elias to us. With in four months, Ms Elias had Robber Baron's attorneys on the run.
The whole situation was settled with no penalty to us
