Ms Erica played an important part in making my family’s dream come true. She spoke with my parents about every detail that had to be addressed (after being denied a visa) and handled everything very professionally. From the moment I met her she gave me and my parents the confidence to handle our case correctly (after we were misguided by someone else) and she has just proven to be very smart and knowledgeable.
