These lawyers play good. My first court date. Lawyer didn't even show. Crazy lack of communication. Had 2 cases same time they only covered one after saying they would do both. Do not take their word. This was in 2021. I was a client. So take this down losers. Frauds, and liars.

I had a terrible experience with this law firm. Initially, Mack and his wife seemed polite, courteous, and confident that they could get the case dismissed. We trusted them and paid $1,250 upfront, but unfortunately, they did absolutely NOTHING.

After the initial visit to the precinct (which we later learned from another attorney we shouldn't have done in the first place), they became nearly impossible to contact. When we finally managed to reach them, they started asking for more money without showing any progress or results.

To make matters worse, when we asked clarifying questions, Mack became visibly agitated and defensive. He even mentioned that he was traveling when I called, as if that excused the lack of communication and follow-through.

Save yourself the time, energy, and frustration. Find a lawyer who is committed to doing what’s right and genuinely cares about your case. This was a disappointing and costly lesson. Avoid this firm.

Mack Law Offices is hands down all about their clients. I got a felony retail theft and hired them immediately. I was so nervous and worried due to my criminal record. I was represented by Attorney Marsilio after speaking to Mr. Mack himself who assured me I was in the best of hands. And then after seeing Attorney Stephens, who helped me remain positive. Worst group of lawyers Pennsylvania has to offer. Uneducated, unprofessional and unable to properly represent their clients. Bottom of the barrel staff. Complete side show act with no real intention on helping their clients. Do not waste your money on them unless you are prepared to lose your case.

I see that there is a lot of similar reviews of what I am going through …when I owed I got a call everyday I even was threatened by the paralegal to stop proceeding for a balance of $800 I paid $8000 yes the same one that likes to hang up on people very unprofessional and disrespectful .I have not received no service at all I proof of anything done!!!!!!! I have not heard from them exactly one month now I call email no respond….I have a situation urgently and they fail to return my call.. My family will be taking other steps to get a refund ..This is unacceptable!!!!!!

My cousin paid her money to these people and have not been able to get through with anything since December 10, 2024. When she paid her deposit these people called everyday for the balance and since she paid the full amount she can't get a call back nor an answer !!! This is people's lives ! The only time she got through the paralegal who answered was very rude and unprofessional !!!! This is unacceptable!!! All of sudden can't get to them and no one is calling !!!
