I cannot recommend Marathon highly enough. Todd and Roger are pros. Over the course of a four week trial, Marathon delivered daily print jobs to our office and the courthouse also on or before deadline. They managed printed thousands of pages on short deadlines with a huge variety of specific instructions. I am thoroughly impressed with Marathon! I emailed them late Friday night due to some last minute trial changes and I was running on empty and couldn't work over the weekend. They contacted me within 15 minutes email and phone call and didn't skip a beet and took my very large job no questions asked. They kept in contact the entire time and was very professional. I don't generally provide reviews, but Marathon's service is outstanding and deserved a review. I first used Marathon in December 2023, and the service was so outstanding that I went back in January and February 2024 for assistance with exhibit preparation for a four-week trial. Although many of my requests were at the last minute, Marathan stepped in and had everything ready in time for trial and without any issues. I highly recommend Marathon for all your litigation needs!

I'm a litigation paralegal at a large New York firm. While preparing the logistics for a month-long arbitration in Denver, Marathon came up as the obvious choice in all of our searches for a reliable, 24/7 printing vendor. Our attorneys are accustomed to 24/7 duplicating services at home, so it was important for us to retain a printing vendor that would be reliable at pretty much any time of the day or night, during the week and on the weekends. Todd personally assured us before the trial began that Marathon would be able to meet our needs without issue. No other printing company that we contacted in Denver was able to guarantee that level of coverage and service.

Marathon did not disappoint. We sent them jobs at all hours of the day and night, from binders to paper-clipped exhibit copies to large-format demonstratives. After a month of heavy usage, not a single time did they fail to deliver the work product in a timely fashion, and throughout our entire month of using them heavily, they never made a major error. It was great to have the CEO of the company so personally involved in managing our projects, but every other Marathon team member we worked with also displayed the utmost professionalism and expertise when handling our various requests.

I'll highlight one particular instance that alone should suffice as a strong endorsement of Todd and Marathon: the night before the final day of factual presentation in the case, when Claimants were going to present their rebuttal case, we had very little idea of what printed materials we would need in Court the next day. Around midnight, we realized that we would need a large quantity of printed material, and given our current staffing situation and printing capabilities in our satellite office, there was no way we could get it done in-house. I called Todd's cell phone around 1:00 a.m. He called me back within 15 minutes, said he'd start sending jobs to print remotely and would go into Marathon's physical office at 4:00 a.m. to start putting the physical materials together. He delivered to our office at 7:00 a.m., two hours before court was starting that day.

I speak for myself and the entire trial team in saying that Marathon is the *only* printing vendor you'll need in Denver. We certainly will be using them at every future opportunity, and you should too!
