He told me what needed to be done to keep me from doing Jail time. Sofi and Angela did an amazing job as well updating me on court dates. Sending reminders, helping me with the process of getting a probation License. It really means a lot when you have a great team working for you

You want an attorney that actually enjoy defending innocence Marc Lopez is the one for you. I was accused a while back for DUI truth is I’ve never been under the influence in my life. Not Guilty of course with the help of Mr Lopez. I can actually say I enjoyed that day in court lol. Lots of demonstrations for the jury made them hear our innocent. Great guy

At times, I felt uncertain about the process, but once I took a step back and looked at the bigger picture, I realized just how committed this firm is to its clients. They handle a high volume of cases, which means responses may not always be immediate, but rest assured, they are listening and working diligently behind the scenes.

One thing that could be helpful for future clients is setting the expectation that communication may not always be instant, but that doesn’t mean your case isn’t being taken seriously. In my experience, when it mattered most, the team was there, and they delivered.

I am deeply dissatisfied with the service provided by Marc Lopez and his law firm. When we initially hired Marc Lopez, we expected him to personally handle our case, given his reputation and expertise. However, we quickly realized that the associates at his firm were the ones handling the bulk of the work, which was not what we were led to believe.

We paid a significant fee expecting competent and experienced legal representation, but what we received was, unfortunately, far from that. The level of service felt more akin to that of a public defender than the skilled, professional representation we anticipated. This was a huge disappointment considering the fees we paid and the serious nature of our case.

After sentencing, I tried to reach Marc Lopez directly to discuss our concerns, but I was unable to speak with him that day. I then scheduled a phone conference with him and the attorney, Zach. However, Marc Lopez did not join the call as promised. During the call, I voiced our dissatisfaction to Zach and reiterated my desire to speak with Marc Lopez. I reminded him that when we hired Marc, he had made it seem like he would be the one handling our case, not his less experienced associates.

We feel that the associates handling our case were not equipped to manage a case of this magnitude. Overall, this experience has been incredibly frustrating, and we regret choosing Marc Lopez's firm for such an important matter. We expected much more, and unfortunately, it was a major letdown.
