This next part is personal.
I have been struggling to find the words that would fully express my gratitude but there aren't any. No single word can sum up my experience. Everyone at the Indiana, PA office was so warmly professional. They were human, which was and still is so important to me. I wasn't a number to them. I wasn't the sum total of what I would pay in fees. They didn't look at me and see dollar signs. They saw me. They saw a woman who has suffered and still suffers from a traumatic accident. They saw a mother of two young children who couldn't and still can't play with them like I used to do and want to do. They saw the partner of a wonderful man who became less of a partner and more of a person with special needs. They saw a fiercely independent person who suddenly had to rely on everyone else to do things that used to be easily accomplished. They treated me like I mattered. They cared about what I was dealing with. They asked the tough questions and in return I received honesty and commitment from beginning to end. They had my back and never backed down. They asked me what I wanted to do and they did better than their best to help me follow through. I couldn't have found better representation anywhere.
