I went for my road test and the lady who gave it to me was. Rude and disrespectful during the whole taking of the test and I got heavy upset and I stop the test my self and took her back to the facility. And I told her this my last time coming here this is my second time dealing with somebody so disrespectful and rude at this point I say forget the license I well just be driving with no license and if y’all don’t like me driving without a license oh well fix y’all staff cause I’m tried of being respectful and nice to these people and they are just rude and disrespectful. I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt but she was just past the point of rude to anyone who wants to get they license or any kind of license I strongly recommend that you go somewhere else.

I made an appointment for 2/6/2020 and recieved the confirmation email. I show up 5 minutes early and the guy at check in tells me I'm not on the appointment sheet. He said appointments are 2 and a half months out. Evidently, my confirmation email doesnt matter. What's the point of having appointments if they dont honor them. The email also stated what I needed. I brought it and evidently that still wasnt enough. This ace is a huge joke and they refuse your requesting to speak to someone about the appointment issue. Avoid at all costs!
