Judge B. Cohen is in with DCS in kidnapping children from there familys. DCS takes them at birth and the Judge states some bull story how they are reunification. But turns around and states he has to do what the GAL and DCS wants. So to keep there so called foster familys happy they steal the children not only from the parents but from a chance to be placed in with there familys. That my friends is why Arizona (Phoenix), AZ is the highest state in the US for taking children away from there familys. They truly do kidnaps our children and give them to some family who wants to adopt a newborn for free. The judge and every person in DCS are dispickable. Sand if I could not give them any star I would.
