There are many clerks in a small space and hard to hear them behind the glass in the old echoing building. Not much privacy, everybody will know your business.

Personally my experience has been horrible. I live in town, and I can never get anyone to answer the phone. I bought an expedition and filed for the title twice had to pay for it each time and they still never sent me my title. I have sold the car and it's already been through three owners all of whom I know personally and I am still trying 3 years later to get the title for the current owner aside from these issues I haven't had any problems with other vehicles dealing with the tag office but recently they seem to be incapable of doing their job

Terrible.... the tag office is the worst of all. I give 5 stars on every other office in that courthouse besides the tag office. There’s a lady that works there that has a negative unprofessional attitude and isn’t very informing on things you need to do. My title was messed up I drove 100 miles to have it corrected. Come back then she tells me I have to have the vehicle I’m getting a tag on to be there. She failed to tell me this before or even give me a heads up. So after all that I was unable to get my tag. My truck was in the shop getting a new motor at that time, and now it’s passed due. Great place or what? I say zero stars. I’ll never purchase a tag here again. They like to make everything difficult. For a while I was going to Walker county to get mine. Had no issues ever. Think I’ll go back.

Justin was completely right in his review the car tag place is a joke. The gladee with the Brown hair and the glasses is beyond a rude she's not helpful she doesn't care about her job she treats people like garbage she really needs a different place to work and not with the public

I jad an amazing experience. I had trouble with another county when the state asked for insurance and they helped me so much. Morgan county wouldn't help but Marion was amazing

It would be real helpful to pepole if they updated there hours on line and got some friendly pepole to work in the office
