♀️ I don't even know where to start. From the very beginning Mr.Fishbein (Mark - with a K) and his son (Marc - with a C) have been professional, accommodating and patient throughout the entire process.
Fishbein Senior welcomed myself and my father into his big, spacious office and truly listened to my dad. He was so incredibly thorough - yet timely - in assessing the needs of our family.
In addition to explaining legal-ease in verbage that was easy to understand, he also uses a large LCD display to project each document as he goes through them - making sure you are fully informed and comfortable with everything you intend to sign.
? This was VERY helpful for my dad as his vision is not the best.
As is common place with some customers when dealing with end of life matters, my dad began to have some reluctance in following through (finalizing everything) because he was dealing with some anxiety, and
Mr. Fishbein remained steadfast and patient - providing my dad just the right amount of gentle nudging - without being pushy or hard selling.
Mr.Fishbein also helped me express to my dad the importance of not leaving your assets in limbo.
Some people might go the cheap route when it comes to getting legal documents, I'd day Mr.Fishbein's prices are quite average to most. In addition to this, he also offered my dad (who is a bit frugal and on a limited income) a generous discount.
Knowing that Mr. Fishbein and son have something incredibly unique to offer with their 24/7 hotline/services included with purchase (along with other glowing reviews and awards) gave me great peace of mind that I will not be burdened any more than necessary should the inevitable occur.
Though I intend for my happy, healthy father to live far beyond his 92 years, knowing Mr.Fishbein has already helped us finalize the papers necessary for such transition gives me even more confidence that my dad will live another 20 years no doubt.
Recommending Mr.Fishbein and son, to my dad to finalize this trust is one of the best decisions I have ever made.
Though I am a housewife and mom, I don't typically go out of my way to leave reviews, but Mr.Fishbein went ABOVE AND BEYOND on ALL accounts and for that he deserves recognition - and a basket of homemade cookies. ?
