ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED WITH THE CUSTOMER SERVICE from the telephone staff I dealt with. I called this morning on the 12/12/2023 to get some information about coming in for a consultation (which she didn’t even give me the chance to explain). I say “Hi, Good morning” and the very first thing the female on the other end of the line says to me is, “and first of all WHY IS YOUR NUMBER ON PRIVATE?” in a very Hostile tone (no exaggeration), to which I reply “oh I’m sorry, my number is usually always on private”. Dead silence from her for a couple of seconds (but chatter can be heard in the background) in which I continue with “hello, hello, are you there?” to which she proceeds to hang up on me. LISTENNNNN! THAT kind of behavior I will NOT tolerate. ESPECIALLY when I didn’t treat her like that. I was very polite and respectful. Furthermore, My number is Always private because it is MY personal preference. That’s all! I didn’t realize it was a crime to call your company with my number blocked. We live in a free country to do as we please, so I don’t see what the big deal was. I simply called to enquire about setting up a consult; I didn’t call to be Disrespected. If she didn’t want to answer the call because it was blocked, she simply didn’t have to. So guess what? You all can keep the Stink Attitude, and send her to get some training in PROPER phone etiquette AND manners. Because Clearly she desperately lacks in that department. So, to whom ever checks these reviews, your company has just lost what could have been a potential client. 30+ years in this business and you all still can’t get the basics right? Deplorable service! I am Highly displeased.

Paid for an hour and got 15 minutes from him. Scolded us for a misunderstanding based on an assumption on his part due to his poor fact finding. Needs to stop with the "big time" lawyer attitude and exercise humility. Poor customer experience. Would not recommend.
