Called as I was referred by Access Health CT to Susan Slater as a Broker. I am looking for help finding a policy for one of the members of my family.

I’m sure Sue Slater has some sort of contract with the State of CT however, when I called this am to receive help I did not get that. In fact I was turned away.

Susan stated she was sorry but she did not have time to help me. At which then I responded she should contact access health to be removed from the list and she said she would do that.

I will follow up with access health to be sure she is removed since she does not have the time to assist clients that call for a service she should be providing.

0/10 would not recommend. Plus she was a little snappy with me and seemed to be upset and have an attitude on the other end.
