I engaged Matt Osborne, PC early last year after erroneous information was reported to and maintained on my credit files. Matt was able to successfully file suits in Federal court against a financial institution and the credit bureaus. Based on the circumstances, there was no upfront fee on my part. I highly recommend Matt as we were very pleased with the work he did for us. We needed his expertise on a consumer fraud issue. He and Michael were always in touch with us to keep us up to date. They stayed on top of everything and worked hard for us. They pushed for a fair outcome and made sure we were represented well. Matt stopped the creditors from harassing me. I sent Matt all of my paperwork and he just worked his magic. Easy process and the outcome was good. Honestly Matt will be missed.
