Dai: Was very professional and warming.She greeted us when we came in didn't smother us, but let us look around and choose what we wanted.She did explained the Mattress , had me lay on it and ,made a few adjustments to make sure I was pleased with my choice. We then discussed a different Mattress to see of this is still what I wanted. She was very thorough. I really enjoyed my visit and will definitely refer others to your store.

Visited the Mattress Firm location on 9/2/24, the last day of their Labor Day sale. We worked with Zachary and ended up purchasing the Beautyrest Black Ice mattress with a fancy base (a deal on this), along with two pillows (bogo deal) and a mattress protector. During the ordering process, Zachary noticed our old address was still on file, we provided the address more than once through the process—even updated my phone number. When we got the final receipt, I noticed the old address still listed and that the pillows and mattress protector would be shipped there. He assured us multiple times that the address would be updated on their end, so we took his word for it—our second mistake, the first being choosing this location.

The next day, we were informed that our pillows and mattress protector were being shipped to the old address… yep. Zachary promised it would be fixed and we would receive new ones. However, it’s been over a week, and we still haven’t received them.

To add insult to injury, I checked my statement and found that we had been double charged for everything, totaling over $8,000. Completely baffled and stressed, I called Synchrony to reverse the charges as I didn’t trust the store to handle it without making things worse. Now, we’re stuck playing the waiting game to see if we’ll even receive the rest of our order.

I wouldn’t recommend this location. If you must go, make sure to keep all your paperwork and double-check everything, as they claimed they had no record of our order. Poor customer service and disorganization all around.

Update: we went to the store to get the mattress protector. Now we’re being told the pillows will be arriving 9/9. We’ll see!

Almost didn’t come here because I didn’t know the store existed, it’s weird it doesn’t show up on Apple Maps or Yelp, anyway came here for a new mattress and was greeted by Zach, he was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. One of the first things he did was demo the Tempurpedic Ease zero gravity base and that was something I didn’t know I needed, usually not one to get sold on stuff I didn’t come to buy but being able to feel how much pressure it took off my spine I knew it would help my back pain. Zach took the time to listen and build a rapport with me, his approach was just to help, that’s it. I am ecstatic about my new mattress/base that’s coming, and I’m telling everyone about it! It was the best large purchase experience I’ve had in a while! Going forward if you mention mattress around me I’m gonna tell you, go see Zack at the Laveen Mattress Firm, he’ll take care of you!
