Waste of time and money. Doesn't have time to talk to you and just looking for money. He will edit the reviews make you look bad as a client unless you praise him. Don't take my word try him and find out for yourself just don't leave a review or he will blame you.

During my divorce he sounded like he was going to fight for me and my rights, but he just rolled over and did nothing to help me or protect me from my exwife and her attorney.
In my criminal case he also wouldn't fight for me, basically told me to take the plea deal that was offered..

The following is my opinion: Marty falsified his billing, failed to prepare for hearings, often did not even know the issues at hand, billed me repeatedly for work he did not appear to have done. He went through multiple paralegals in the short time I worked with him and did not seem to have any idea what he was doing. Marty billed me to review medical records which showed I have a disability and had to take
Medical leave from work and then attempted to withhold pay from the job I had to leave for medical reasons. He billed me thousands of dollars to review records which his actions clearly demonstrate he did not review. Laughably- Marty did not even know my ex husband’s name during a mediation. He delayed, obfuscated and outright lied. I had better luck pro-se.

Mr McCloskey came in at the right time after my soon to be ex wife dragged me across the coals and was able to get almost $400 a week in child support even though I have them half the week!! He has defended me against blatant lies and accusations from her that I would not have been able to defend myself against! I would highly recommend Mr McCloskey for divorce/ Custody court! 5/5 highly recommended!
