Mr.Ginn is awesome. My brother was facing a felony all the way from Michigan and Ginn was very honest from the start. I know he worked very hard with the prosecutors to lower his punishment but they weren’t budging. The result was amazing and my brother is heading home with us instead of jail time. Mr.Ginn is polite and was great with communicating despite the fact we lived in a different state. Thank you so much!

John C Ginn in Sulphur Springs, Texas at Smith, McDowell, and Ginn- Attorneys at law office was EVERYTHING we had hoped for with our case. It was a criminal case for a Probation Violation after being sentenced to 3 years deferred probation for Possession of CDS (< 1g) SJF in October 2017. I was looking at having to be sentenced to 6 months State Jail or 9-12 months Safe P and we told John that we didnt want that and he told us up front that he didnt know if the District Attorneys office or the Judge would agree to anything less than that, but that he would fight for me and try to get it over with and let me go home. It got down to the day before the court date and he came to us with the good news that the judge agreed to TIME SERVED after she spent 57 days in the county jail. We were amazed at the results even though sometimes John didnt have the answers we wanted right away but he came through for us. If you need a great lawyer; John C Ginn is your man!!

I had the worst experience possible. Made tons of promises and was told it would be handled within 6 weeks. Once paid it took roughly 6 months to do and didn't meet any of the promises that were made in the consultation.
