Attorney Danielle Nobel and her team went above and beyond the "call of duty" to help my parents with their estate plans and in record time. The new website for McManus & McManus is so much more user friendly than the old one. I have been a client of this law firm for over twenty years and really appreciate the care and concern of this family owned business. I set up a revocable living trust in 1998 and have made 7 amendments to it. On a regular basis a member of staff phones to ask me if anything has changed in my life that would warrant a change. Makes me feel like a valued client. If you haven't made any estate planning arrangements, I highly recommend you contact McManus & McManus for a free consultation. I called the office and spoke to the bookeeper who answered the phone, she was unable to help me and sent me to the VM of the Trust paralegal. Left VM for her as her message promised a return call within 24hrs. Day three still waiting, so I moved on to another local law office in the area. Disappointed.

Mary McManus was so thorough, but very patient with all our questions.

My experience with Patti Britts was excellent.

Horrible is an understatement. These people are arrogant unhelpful rude and make a simple transaction into an act of congress. Literally a simple loan package for a closing was made into a ridiculously complicated endeavor. Then to boot I arrived early for my appointment and then 10 minutes after my appointment someone else walked in for a signing and they took that person first. Horrible

Elder care is not their strong practice. I don’t recommend estate planning. I saw my friend over the years be dismissed and neglected in matters at hand. PLEASE think twice if you this this is the best option for your loved one! I feel she was taken advantage of by pushy, talk over you and no respect people of the firm, who do not return phone calls.
