I check this site all the time and I ALWAYS find someone new that I did not know was a danger to me, my family or my community. It is always best to safe than Sorry!

Punishment of sex offenders is far too mild in my opinion. They serve far too little time in prison allowing them to continue with their disgusting ways. I'm glad PA has this site and makes them register. The best defense is knowledge. Know where offenders are in your community to keep your loved ones safe. As far as it goes for those who protest and don't register, there will always be an empty cell with you name on it.

The PA supreme court has ruled this site as punitive and a public shaming tool to offenders who committed a crime prior to the Adam Walsh act of 2012. I personally will not be updating my information any longer. It is time to force the District Attorney's hand to arrest me so the courts can decide. Pennsylvania's "GOOD FAITH" provision for law enforcement is about to be tested also. I will file a malicious law suit if arrested. I have had enough and waited long enough. PA State Police have known about this ruling since July, 2017 and have done nothing about it. I will be sending letters to the editor in cities throughout Pennsylvania. I am also using the PA Megan's Law website as a data base gathering tool to obtain addresses of offenders so that i can produce a mass mailing with the intent to file a class action suit against the State of Pennsylvania. See where your tax dollars will be going for the lack of action by the Pa state police?

I found it difficult to maneuver. I'm not sure if people fall off the list after so many years? I couldn't find the name of a person that I know used to be listed.
