Margaret Megerian helped me get a no-contact order to protect me from a  bully. She was professional, courteous, available, and prepared for court. The courtroom is a scary place - my bully and their family were there, and the courtroom is chaotic and the process confusing. Margaret came prepared for court, knew my case backwards and forwards, and walked circles around the other attorney. My case was delayed several times and on those days I watched Margaret working with her clients in the courtroom while many other attorneys looked at their phones. On the day of my trial she was prepared and confident. The trial lasted almost 3 hours and she easily shut down my bully and their bully attorney. Margaret was professional with the judge and he respected her and her arguments. She won a difficult case for me because she was knowledgeable about the law, cared about what I was going through, came to court prepared, and successfully presented my evidence to the judge. They don't deserve one star. They scheduled my daughter out for 3 weeks. We had told them that the father was in Georgia and everything and they had no problem with it. Then on the day of the appointment called and said well , the father beat you to the punch line filing a divorce and we can't help you. No duh. You made us wait 3 weeks!

If I could give her and her father negative stars i would. if you want to waste your money, then this is the place to go. spent $7k on a case only for her to file it completely wrong, and drop it and pretend that it wasn't her fault. and then for her father to represent the defendant of my case, and then proceeded to tell us that she cant represent us again because her father represented our defendant, which is illegal, but apparently they are above the law. What a waste of money and a pathetic excuse for a "lawyer"

I've had both Mr megerian as well as his daughter for two seperate cases. I really recommend them. Nice staff and they keep you up to date on the progress of your cases. Margaret handled a child support case for me while Jonathan megerian handled a special hearing for me to appeal the court for something on my record from years ago. I was very satisfied with them both and they will be my go to for any future needs.
