Very positive experience. Mr. Braun and Sunny went above and beyond what he needed to do to make sure we understood the process we were going through, and made us feel comfortable at those times when tension was high. Mr. Braun very knowledgeable of the community of people he was working with, and displayed a great deal of compassion in that regard. The only thing I would have appreciated, was perhaps a bit more updating as to the case. That being said, I imagine they are quite busy. But when I had occasion to call, my calls/emails were always answered promptly. I greatly appreciated the work this firm has done on our behalf.

Terrible experience. I hired Dwayne to help me with filling out court paperwork so that I could get it done faster and have it done correctly as it can be confusing to do on your own. After 2 months I hadn’t heard from him despite several calls and messages. When he finally called me, we had an 18 min conversation on a Friday where he told me that he would have all of the information I needed sent to me by Monday. Never got it. 2 weeks after that conversation I called and ended our agreement. It was very disappointing as this was supposed to make things less stressful and quicker and my experience was the exact opposite. It would have been quicker for me to have just done the paperwork myself instead of hiring him. The only positive thing about my experience was his assistant(s) were amazing! Very apologetic about the situation, very helpful and professional. But unfortunately I had a disappointing experience overall.
