I dont typically post reviews, but I understand the difficulty finding good legal representation. Hopefully this review will help others in narrowing their search for legal representation. I spent time searching for the right fit for myself when going through a divorce. I landed with Merrell law firm. I can say without a doubt, I made the right choice. My divorce was difficult at best, but Ed was always a calming force, was honest with his feedback, and fought hard for my rights. Ed is not your "typical" attorney. I was unfortunately involved with other attorneys during this process, that were not employed at Merrill law firm. I quickly learned a lesson in law. In my experience a lot of attorneys are concerned first and foremost with money, and concerned secondary with actually dealing with and helping the person behind their paycheck. I never felt this way with Ed Merrell or anyone else at Merrell law firm. Ed has a passion for actually helping his clients and a genuine/honest approach to his job.
