I met Kumiko through a School Business Partnership event and she has traveled to my classroom each year since, to provide information and training for my students. She is professional, organized and takes the time to get to know the students so she can related to them on a more personal level during training. This year, all of my students received their OSHA 10 hour training certificate which will make them more employable as they begin their job search in the spring! We own the Allen Rapid Dry rug cleaning facility in Anchorage, and Kumiko did a thorough review of our set up, pointed out areas that we could improve in terms of safety and OSHA compliance, etc. She was very kind, showed tremendous interest in not just our business, but in how she could best serve our business. We had almost everything dialed in pretty well; therefore, we did not need to change much. She felt that since we had so little to truly address, she chose to not charge us for her consultation and safety compliance review. That's how fair she is. Now... Don't expect her to work for free; she has a business to run, right? But please be certain she will be quite fair in what she will charge for her work. Thanks again, Kumiko!
