I hired Minton Law, Ashley Minton to handle my case for a probation violation. Multiple times, I have used a public defender, and "taken deals" thinking it was in my best interest. Not having money for excessive bail amounts, and thinking I did not have money to pay a lawyer. Now I know, it is NEVER in your best interest to just take a deal, and you can't afford NOT to have the best defense available to you. Freedom is PRICELESS, and Minton Law IS the best defense you can get. I did shop for lawyers before retaining Minton Law, and ultimately retained her because of her reputation and not her fee, but her fees were more fair and affordable than other counsel I could have retained. Minton Law gave the option to work with me for payment, so it wasn't all a big hit at once. Ashley and her team really worked hard, (honestly, much harder than they should have had to) and believed in me. Any time I had a question, Ashley and her team made sure to provide the information I needed and answer questions almost immediately. I was innocent of the allegations I was accused of, and my life would be so different If I would have retained competent, amazing counsel like Minton Law before this. The justice system isn't on your side, the prosecutor is not there to find justice, they are there to prosecute you by any means necessary, you NEED someone like Ashley Minton who knows the laws, knows the case law, knows the prosecutor's tricks, is experienced dealing with each Judge, does, and has a knowledgeable team that do their homework and fight. I was terrified taking this to trial, remembering the things I had been told by prior court appointed counsel to encourage me to "take a deal". Where to start so much to say about Milton law I myself have had many lawyers in the past and it was not pleasant Milton law has restored my faith in legal representation I was blessed with Charlotte as a representative in a parental abduction case she plays no games and has no fear exactly what I needed in such a sensitive situation Fort Pierce is her hometown and she proudly claims it and has a great desire to represent anyone in need off Council the prices are fair and they were completely honest from the start hopefully I never have any legal issues again but if I do they will be my first call I wish I .could give more stars thanks to Charlotte and the team at Milton law I will be holding my son again and as for that bad review of having connections Mr that is a good thing thank you again Milton law for all you have done sincerely Anthony Galecki😁

This lawyer has all the right connections with all the people who matter. She got a Sherriff off with NO CHARGES, after he shot his own daughter WHILE DRUNK. But if you have something petty like an unlawful search or seizure, or even if your just not someone of importance just know that they will do absolutely nothing to help you and gladly take your money too.
