My situation was resolved quickly and effectively by Emily and her staff. I heartily suggest this firm to anyone who is being charged with a crime on the basis of a police report that does not include any hard evidence to support the allegations made against them. The DA decided not to press charges since Emily and her team were able to complete the pre-charge work to such a high standard.

Our family has used the law firm of BTB&D on two occasions. The first case was a criminal case where our young son was arrested and charged with very serious felony charges.
