I have to say that the state of Pennsylvania certainly makes it difficult to collect the unemployment compensation that you are legally entitled to. It found four (count 'em!) reasons to disqualify me for part or all of my compensation, the most far reaching being that I had a part-time job in addition to my recently finished full-time one, and since the hours of, and consequently the income from, the former had increased, that meant that I was entitled to nothing on losing my full-time work.
Christi Wallace spent a lot of time communicating with me and preparing the case and got the main issue resolved in my favor, which got me more money than I had planned on. She always found time to help me even after the appeal was closed and I was hit with a new disqualification (only two weeks were found questionable this time). She definitely put much effort in preparing the case and then familiarizing me with its ins and outs and coaching me on how best to respond under questioning. All in all, superlative work. I highly recommend Attorney Wallace.

I spoke to paralegal Brittany who said they could help me and would have attorney Kramer call me back. That never happened and when I called the other paralegal blew me off and said Kramer refused to even talk to me and she hung up on me. This firm obviously doesn’t care about helping disabled people with valid cases. They treat you like garbage. They don’t deserve one star…..5 negative demerits is more like it.
