I had no prior contact with Monica so I reached out based on a web search of local Summit County attorneys and Monica was very responsive to my request for an interview. I was involved in a single car accident but I felt the citation given by a police witness was way too harsh of a charge given the icy and sloping road conditions. She spent the majority of her billable time discussing the occurrence with me and researching all the A/V evidence and testimony to make sure she fully understood the situation and the reason why I believed the heightened charge against me was motivated by more than just the facts behind the accident.
