It’s my 2nd time doing the driving test, the first time was not that good but this second time the person who helped me was really nice and kind, they have fast service and some of the attendants are nice

I went to the San Luis, AZ office to use their MVD service. I went in to get a new registration and decal, since I lost the one I ordered online days earlier.

I told the guy at the first service booth if they could give me a new registration/decal and he guy said yes, but it’s going to be $20.55. I agreed and gave him my debt card and drivers license to process the payment.

After charging my debit card he gave me a copy of a temporary registration and a receipt for the $5.00 AZ MVD fee. He then advised me I would receive the decal in approximately 2-3 weeks. He FAILED to explain that they could not give me the registration and decal there. I felt like I was tricked/scammed of my money.

I could’ve done that myself online with my cellphone, if I wanted to wait the 2-3 weeks and would’ve payed only $5.00.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
