Terrible lawyer when it comes to women’s custody. Paid the fee of $3,000 Chad worked on my case for 2 years and did NOTHING. This is not the first women’s case that he has fumbled either, as my friend had the exact same experience with him. Misogynistic. Would not recommend unless you and your family wish to be scammed out of your money. STEER CLEAR from this one. No help whatsoever.

Chad and his team are by far the most professional lawyers I have ever worked with. They were responsive and top of everything at all times and when in the court room I saw that he was really fighting for me as his client 100%. To say I am happy with them is an understatement and he and his team are worth every penny. I am a real person with a real life situation going on with my children and he knew the law and how to present himself as a professional from start to finish. Chad done everything he said he would. They kept me as a parent in the loop and assured me that even though they could make no promises he was very confident in the outcome. He was correct and for that I am grateful. I hope I never need him again but if I do he will be my first choice!!! The financial obligation was very reasonable as well....

Called to get legal advice about a custody case. This man made it apparent he judged me and was being very opionated about my own personal beliefs. He didn't give any legal advice just relationship advice. And talked down to me in a way I found very unprofessional.

Chad Montgomery hands down has been the best Lawyer I've ever had when dealing with custody/support issues. I used a few before I found Chad & he was the answers to our prayers.
