I had meetings with 3 other attorneys prior to selecting David to create my family’s Trust. David impressed me from the beginning with his Estate Planning knowledge, especially being able to explain the options for us to make the appropriate decisions for my family. His online videos were helpful in reinforcing our knowledge. He and his staff where so professional, accountable, and reliable in responding to all questions via phone, email and zoom calls. They all are so friendly and dedicated. He guided us through the key steps we would need to perform with our financial institutions at the completion of the project. He was also so helpful with questions I had associated with my parents Trust after the passing of my father, including performing Trustee changes. Their services do not end after document signing . He and his staff continue to be available for any questions we have. I am so pleased with decision in selecting the Morris Law Group. They took ownership and put my mind at ease. I used the services of David R. Morris Attorney and Counselor at Law, in November of 2017, for updating my mothers trust. I had many questions regarding the legal aspects of her finances, for her care and the best way to proceed to secure her investments. Our first first meeting, David was professional, knowledgeable, and took his time to ensure I had the understanding and answers to every question. A new trust was drafted, with everything he had told me, included in the documentation. In the final letter, he stated that I could call anytime I had questions or needed help with anything to do with the trust, including an office visit, if needed, after my mother passed, to address the steps to take regarding the trust. My mother passed in 2021 and everything went smoothly using the trust that David had set up for our family.
I highly recommend David for legal services, especially trusts.

I would never go to this attorney. He misrepresented me in my family case back in 2010 . We are currently in divorce proceedings.

I am from a different country and I used to speak minimal English. I was married to my spouse back in my home country prior to Premarital agreement.
In 2010, I ended up coming to USA and my spouse forced me to enter into Premarital agreement.(Agreement before marriage)

I was not aware as to how this PMA works as I was just 5 days new to the country?
In 2010, David Morris drafted the agreement and was hired by my ex spouse to get me signed on the paperwork.

I never met David personally, retained him nor written/ verbal contract . He was hired by my ex husband in 2016.

David never did justice to his job, he blindly read the papers to me and he took my signature even while I was crying, due to duress.

He never even advised how the Premarital agreement works; nor guided me in any ways.

I ended up signing the PMA. I had signed for no alimony, zero money in case of divorce, and etc. David Morris never even stopped me from signing the document.

I approached David Morris in his office during my divorce proceedings. He threatened me not to reach out to him.

His assistant over the phone calls me and threatens not to approach their office for anything. It all has to be done legally.

Finally David was called for deposition during my divorce trial.

David in his deposition lied, that he had advised me not to sign the Premarital Agreement.
He also said he stopped me from not signing the paperwork. I lost my case for his misrepresentation and his lie. He lied stating that I spoke good English and I was an adult.

At the end of the day David has to save his license, his work. He lied ?.

He also confirmed that his office was on fire and he had lost all of his retainer documents from 2010. He stated that I retained him, but he has lost my retainer paperwork.

He was issued a warning from the Judge regarding this, however was not suspended from Bar due to statute of limitations.

I would not recommend this attorney. He is a rattle snake and liar.

My husband and I recently worked with Dave Morris to create a Trust for our family. I appreciated watching his videos before our first meeting so I could familiarize myself with the legal terms and general process of creating a Trust. Dave is incredibly knowledgeable in his field of work and explained everything so well to us.
