My truck broke down...Murphys Towing was there PROMPTLY!! Unfortunately...AUSTIN couldn't fix it on scene...but I came back to the shop where he replaced the radiator in a MUCH SHORTER time than expected. VERY HAPPY with the professionalism...and the EXCEPTIONAL customer service shown by WADE!!

Called Murphy’s Towing for a tow and was super impressed with their service. Jason S was friendly and helpful. He communicated extremely well and was informative. Not only was he fast arriving but also thorough in ensuring all safety measures were in place and I understood what was happening. Kris F and Josh W completed this all star team. All and all they made what was already a very hard day much better. I would recommend these folks 100 times over.

Kris F and Josh W were very helpful when I broke down at the gas pump , they were very kind and professional and were willing to help on their own free time I’m sure after a long day of work. If you are ever stranded on the road, contact Murphy's Towing they are the real deal. They will tow your vehicle and get it repaired in house. There was an overcharge and I reached out to them a month later regarding it and they refunded me the typo overcharge. Others would ignore you but not this staff. Real honest people, great service, the right choice.
