Susan (Suzie) at the Motor vehicle Processing center in Wilcox, Arizona spent a lot of time with me and got all of my request done. She was so patient. I was very fortunate it was on a Thursday and there was no one in waiting because I didn’t have an appointment. I had a very pleasant experience. The staff are so friendly. I love the small town motor vehicle process centers They make it so convenient for us living in rural areas. Keep up the good work and thank you for helping us country folk.

Worst DMV in the Country! Small town, Very Unfriendly. Over complicate everything so they don't have to do their jobs! They were all about eating donuts and didn't want to work

Can I just explain how wonderful these ladies have been... they answer the phone with a wonderful a Happy Heart. And are happy to answer all of your questions... They answer your questions, with full, and easy to understand information. They are patient while giving you good direction. They take good care of you. I know these ladies enjoy their job! They are happy, and cheerful! Many thanks, for taking care of those of us that don't know what we're doing! Thank you for your patience with us! You're absolutely wonderful!!! It's worth the drive, from Safford. (Even though we have a local DMV...) Worth the drive, to have such wonderful customer service! ❤️

It was the most pleasant MVP I ever been to way better then the MVD where I live the ladies at the MVP in Wilcox are awesome, with the most beautiful personalities always happy and smiling and treats everyone the exact same no matter who comes walking through the door, its a warm welcoming right away and they help you in every way and work hard to figure things out for you. Me and my son walked out with great big smiles and he tells me mom I really like those ladies I said me too.. they seem like fun to hang out with, thats how great their personalities are. Thank You for making our visit pleasant.

My friend and I showed up late afternoon on a Monday with three titles to switch from my name to his. One was straightforward and easy. The other two were knotted-tangle headaches requiring sleuthing and sorting. Susie Weisend, the Office Manager, had drawn the short straw by having us bring such a mess to her window. However, Susie was brilliant. She was thorough, professional, pleasant, polite, and - considering the pile of nonsense we plopped on her desk - good-humoured. She explained every step of the process as she researched titles, created affidavits, and recreated records - and she did so with knowledge and aplomb. Susie sorted out two of the titles while we were there, with the third waiting on the duplicate title to arrive in the mail. So, Susie - we will be back!

Thank you so much, Susie. I cannot express my gratitude and wonder at your procedural prowess enough...

The ladies there were amazing! They always are. They actually care. They were very supportive my husband is fighting for his life on an ICU with corona virus. I had it and was released from quarantine. These ladies know most of the people and remember even those of us who only go once a year

Suzi was so helpful. She went above and beyond what was expected of her. Both of the ladies in the office are friendly helpful kind polite and really fun. I have never been to a DMV where I didn't feel rushed or like I was inconveniencing the staff. They made all of us feel like we were so welcome. Kind of like we were family. These 2 women worked tirelessly and felt bad when they had to close for lunch. I will never go to Safford DMV again. I will travel and pay extra fees just to have this kind of service and treatment. Thank you for opening this 3rd party office.
