I hired Jim as my divorce attorney. I explained to him that mail is not reliable for me and the best way to contact me is by phone. This man never called me. Never sent me a certified letter. He just dropped me as a client and took my money.. I called many times and he would not return my calls. His excuse was... he sent me a "letter".
What kind of attorney takes advantage of a distruat client who obviously needs help.. I am disgusted with his service and can't quite understand how he still has a job.. I will not leave this alone and I will report him among other things. DO NOT TRUST THIS MAN JIM! HE IS A FRUAD

Did not represent the community of Mt pocohontas. Ran our meeting which our bylaws mandate the president run the meeting. Would not recommend for a HOA.

Do not recommend for an HOA lawyer, conducted our annual meeting in place if the President which our bylaws clearly states that the president must conduct the meeting
