If I wanted to choose the right people to make a first impression for a new vehicle owner, I would, hands down, choose the workers here. Having my bits and pieces of visiting auto parts stores, this store not only ensures you know you're being taken care of but you're also being taken care of by people who know what they're doing and know how to treat people like real people. People who have many years of experience working with cars or people who are just wanting to own one and take care of it, they have the right people who can assist you.

Knowledgeable and helpful staff. If you need specific parts and they don't carry it or have it in stock, they can typically order it for you. Never had a problem going to this store. Helpful staff.

I’ve never seen such fantastic service! Got a flat on construction coming in to Seward. Not only did they supple a free use of a compressor and sell me a patch kit, but the fellow got down on the ground and installed the patch for me, as I’d never done it! That’s guys are awesome and really care about our community!

Ray and the guys were very helpful this morning. We had a nearly flat tire, tire shops closed Sunday, when I called Napa they said I was welcomed to use their compressor to keep me going on the slow leak until I could get it repaired Monday. Great hospitality and much appreciated.

As someone who lives in Seward and this being the only place to get parts. You all suddenly change your hours and days open, really sucks. Like the weekends are the worst possible days for you all to be closed. Then, when I do order parts, I don't get a call that they are in or ready for pickup. So, I had to drive to Soldotna to get the parts I needed.

I haven’t written a review in years but I had the best service from Jon at Napa and thought a review was in order. We came in frantic, having electrical issues with our RV, and not knowing anything we could do. Jon spent extra time with us and came out to help with the RV and take a look. The amount of care and concern he had for his customers is unheard of these days. He found us the right piece and then helped up fix up something else so we could be smooth sailing. We had a problem that we thought would last us all day to solve. Thanks for Jon at Napa, we were able to only have a 20 minute detour and were back to enjoying our wonderful time in Seward. He even told us tips to do in the area and drew us a map to where we could see salmon. To say he went over and beyond is an understatement. If you are ever in there, ask for Jon, he will give you an honest answer and help you as if he was your friend!
