If you want a lawyer that doesn’t communicate properly, and will push paperwork, run your tab up and do nothing for you if there’s an attorney fighting against him this is your guy. He will call you the day before a hearing and tell you hes only got 5-10 minutes to prep you for the upcoming hearing. He puts things off until the last minute ALL the time. I dont know if his work load is too much for him or if he just doesn’t know law the way he claims to. He will get good reviews because he is fairly cheap but remember. You get what you pay for. Id rather spend double on another lawyer than pay this man half price. Sometimes i wonder how hes even still in business.

I had a very positive experience with hiring Nathan for child custody proceedings. Not only was he quite affordable for a lawyer, accepting monthly payment plans for those of lower income, but he has a fantastic eye for seeing straight to the point of things, and trimming away the fluff and distractions. Makes for the occasionally slightly gruff demeanor, but is overall an excellent quality in a lawyer. He gives you realistic view on your situation and what you can do with your options. He's transparent about his costs and breaks down for you what your money is actually going towards. I found him to be professional but still casual in the sense where I didn't feel intimidated and felt I could speak openly. He saw my case, and recognized out loud to me that I've clearly needed help for years, and that he will be the one to bat for me where I need it.

He definitely tells you what you wanna hear. He was paid 1200 retainer and all he did for me was file papers at the court house before I dropped my case and now claims I owe another 637 for that. I was supposed to be able to file the papers myself to save money but was lied to about that. Please be careful and don't fall for the I'm such a good guy speech. Money that's all its about
