45% of your settlement these jokers want for doing absolutely nothing….
No one answers the phone Ever on what ever option you choose, no one replies to an email, instead sending what seems like a generic email for me to read a report and advise if I am happy with it…. If they responded to an email or answered the phone they would know that there are errors in the report & I had repeatedly tried to advise them!
Zero communication, follow up to treatment recommended after accident…. NOTHING! Avoid at all costs.

I honestly wish I had checked the reviews for this company before getting involved. For anyone considering them, be warned: if you have a claim, they will never answer the phone. My claim has been ongoing for well over a year, and not once in that time have I been able to reach anyone by phone. They also take weeks to respond to messages on their portal.
The process is dragged out endlessly. While insurance claims can take time, nearly two years is absurd. Throughout this period, they rarely provide updates. When I get a chance, I’ll attach screenshots to show just how dreadful their service is.
Recently, they informed me that they sent a cheque in the post for my car accident settlement. After such a long wait, I accepted their offer, despite it being a pitiful amount. Just to clarify, I have not received the cheque. They supposedly sent it on the 10th, and I had to message them again to confirm the address because I suspect they never updated it despite my request.
Seriously, avoid this company as if your life depends on it. I will attach screenshots when the website functions properly.
(Update: I replied to their response here, and now I continue to wait. I attached the email I sent and their auto-response. Don’t bother calling either of the numbers listed online; you can only reach the new claims line, where they tell you they can’t help. I tried to attach the message hub part to show how poor their responses are, but that part of the website rarely loads. If I manage to get it, I will update.)
Who knew I would start a new career as a waiter in this time frame….

This is THE WORST LAW FIRM you could ever have the nightmare of finding. Heed all warnings and do not go any further. Despite several complaints to their resolution team, countless phone calls, voice mails and emails for some kind of update on my claim they ignore me relentlessly and have done nothing to ensure my claim progresses in any fashion. Only when I complain again do they respond. My case was handed over to another individual and no one told me. It’s been two years since my claim started and there’s been nearly zero progress. They ignore the phone when you call and do not get back to you when you leave voicemails. They refuse to give you direct contact information for your case handler. There’s no care or willingness to help in their manner at all. They do their jobs incredibly poorly and do not even attempt to apologize or disguise it. I have to email 4-5 times in a row to get one response and half of my queries are ignored. They also have no expertise and tried to offer me a pitiful amount just to settle the case and get rid of me no doubt. Their records are not kept correctly and they do not chase anything by up until they are prompted by the client, they are willing to leave 4 months without any communication or update. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. GO ANYWHERE ELSE.

I would not give this company any stars if I could. I’ve had an ongoing claim with them for nearly (2 YEARS) you have to reach out to them and half the times there’s no response or months you could be waiting to hear back. The last time someone spoke to me they were in the last process it’s been months! My handler number does not exist you can’t even call the company with the number provided on there website if you have a claim with them! AVOID AT ALL COST I BELIEVE THIS COMPANY IS A SCAN TO MAKE MATTERS WORST THE HAVE MY PERSONAL DETAILS

Took them about 2 years to finalise my claim with very slow communication on the app they provided. Kept almost 40% quite a big chunk of my claim money after final settlement from the client. Still 80% pleased with outcome.

Avoid this company, they’re so quick to phone you to take on your claim when you’re vulnerable and then just don’t communicate whatsoever! I know claims take a while anyway, but they just point blank don’t answer phone calls, emails or portal messages. They will literally leave you in the dark and aren’t bothered one bit. Honestly, no idea how this company is still running. Shocking excuse for “solicitors”. My claim handler left the business and my claim got forgotten about until I had to go through a complaints procedure which it’s only then they responded to me with an update. And then they have the nerve to take 35%!! Needs shutting down. I think the only person in that company that actually helped in the end was Iwona.

Wish I had checked the reviews for this company. Anyone thinking about it don't bother,absolutely shocking. Been trying to speak to somebody for the last 3 months about my claim, they never answer the phone, always answer phone you leave message, still don't get back to you. Wish I had gone elsewhere.
